But, there he appears to be — Ducky, the medical examiner on the most popular drama series on television. I’m certain David McCallum is still employed by CBS, though his role has been reduced of late. Can he work for both the Special Counsel and NCIS simultaneously? Maybe they’re just drinking buddies that frequent Martin’s Tavern in Georgetown.
